Welcome

If you’re on this page it may be because you want to know a bit more about us so welcome and let’s get you informed.

The Care Training Company is all about training caring professionals to deliver care and clinical skills confidently. But let’s start at the beginning…

Our Story

Charlotte has worked in care since 2013 and worked primarily with individuals with a range of additional needs, disabilities and medical conditions. She went to university and graduated in 2017 with a degree in Special Educational Needs and Inclusion.

Charlotte worked for a children and young adults respite service where she progressed from Support Worker to Care Manager. It was here she gained opportunities to provide in-house training in various areas including moving and handling, PEG feeding and more. This is where she gained her passion for delivering training after sitting in many training sessions and completing various e-learning courses and finding many missing the mark.

Charlotte felt that more could be achieved in the training room and beyond and so after a period of transition, set up The Care Training Company as her own company.

Charlotte has aspirations to bridge the gap as an external training provider offering confidence building courses to caring individuals and provide ongoing support to our care community to ultimately better care and support provided to individuals.

Hey,

The Care Training Company seeks to increase knowledge, skills and confidence of caring professionals to deliver high quality and person centred care.

We all start somewhere, but we can all…

Learn. Develop. Grow.

Helping Your Team Learn, Develop and Grow

You’ll find you’ll be asked the same question at the beginning and the end of each training session…

One a scale of 0-10, how [knowledgable] / [skilled] / [confident] are you in [insert training subject]?

We seek to increase the score you give at the start of the session and have it blossom throughout.
