In everything we do, we believe in challenging current training expectations. We believe in holistic training in which we consider the student, the paying customer and the people who will receive care, based on training provided. We challenge current training expectations by offering a supportive service where we can help you to make the most cost-effective decisions and, also, by investing heavily in training products and research.
We strive to reduce the workload for our customers by offering a simple price structure and booking system.
For training to be more inclusive. Offering support and nursing staff a safe environment in which to ask questions with no presumed prior knowledge. To go right back to basics in order to move forwards and improve care.

Read Our Story
For the last five years, I have been delivering high-quality training to care professionals and, determined to provide my expertise on a wider level, in 2016, I launched The Care Training Company.
The Care Training Company is a specialist clinical training provider for health and social care.
I’ve made it my mission to continuously deliver high-quality training and support to create confident, competent and skilled care professionals.
As a dual-qualified nurse, my clinical and leadership skills have developed through working in a variety of caring establishments, and I continue to practice as a nurse to remain fully engaged within the field.
My grandfather was diagnosed with dementia and, after he was placed into a nursing home, I discovered that residents’ needs and family wants are often completely separate – but equally important. This created my drive to improve care for the elderly and has pushed me to ensure my standards are high.
My personal and professional experiences have led me to understand that care homes face challenges, due to time limitations or limited resources.
But, at The Care Training Company, we deliver cost-effective solutions that meet your training needs in an area and budget that suits you, by focusing on our customers and listening to your wants.
Our diligent approach delivers the next generation of compassionate, respected and fully-trained care professionals.
It is my belief that by investing in the development of staff, they can flourish within a demanding environment.
The benefits of this are wide-reaching:
• Increased job satisfaction for staff
• Reduced sickness absence levels
• Greater staff retention reducing associated costs to the care home
• Residents and service users receive the best quality care
My blended learning replicates face-to-face training and ensures that nurses can be trained flexibly in an environment similar to their workplace.
We also offer free Verification of Death Training which will reduce delays for families and cut NHS costs – as well as instilling confidence in care professionals to make informed decisions. Click here for more information.
As an organisation, we have access to a library of training materials available for purchase and we are able to offer a full suite of training materials covering clinical and mandatory training requirements.
